Our office in Pawtucket is a central hub for our business throughout Southern New England. Our construction crew can do most of the renovations on the homes we buy. Phil Renzi Sr.
Philip Sr. is a successful entrepreneur and business leader who has made a name for himself in the environmental and construction industry. Born and raised in Rhode Island, Philip has always had a strong work ethic that he learned from his grandfather.
Philip founded his own environmental and construction company in Rhode Island in 1998. His company quickly gained a reputation for excellence in the industry and soon expanded to become a national company. Under Philip’s leadership, the company continued to grow and thrive for 18 years, providing top-notch environmental and construction services to clients all over the United States.
In 2016, Philip made the difficult decision to sell the company and move on to pursue other passions. He has been involved in real estate investing for over 20 years. He saw a need in the residential real estate business to help homeowners that needed to sell their properties with transparency and integrity. He also wanted to spend more time with his family and focus on other personal pursuits.
Today, Philip holds construction and electrical licenses in Rhode Island and continues to be involved in the construction industry in renovating homes and apartment buildings. He is also an active member of his community, volunteering his time and resources to various charitable organizations and causes.
Phil Renzi Jr.
Phil grew up in Rehoboth, and he’s always had an interest in real estate. Phil has been investing for over twenty years and has held a valid real estate license since 2006. In 2015, he quit his frustrating corporate job and started flipping houses full-time, and he has not looked back since. Phil enjoys golfing, pretending to know what he’s doing, and coaching his son’s soccer team.
Alex Renzi
Alex has been annoying his older brother, Phil, since 1996. With a background in construction management and complex industrial design, he deeply understands large-scale renovations. He enjoys sports and yelling at the TV when the Patriots are on.
